A typical residential garage is a 1-2 day install. Day one is diamond grinding, crack and pit repair, and the base coat. Day two is the flake or metallic layer plus the polyaspartic top coat. You can walk on it that evening and park on it in 3-5 days.

A properly prepped floor with a polyaspartic top coat resists hot tires, road salt, oil, gasoline, and dropped tools. It's roughly 4-6 times stronger than bare concrete and will not peel when the concrete is ground rather than acid-etched. We stand behind our prep.

Yes. Cracks, spalling, and pitting are repaired with a structural patching compound and ground flush before any coating goes down. That's the step cheap installers skip — and the reason their floors fail in a year.

Empty the floor completely: vehicles, shelving, bikes, trash cans, and anything mounted low on the walls. Sweep out loose debris and make sure we have access to a standard outlet and a water spigot. We handle dust control with HEPA-shrouded grinders.

Almost none. Sweep or dust mop as needed and wipe spills with warm water and a mild cleaner. Skip harsh degreasers, and put a mat under jack stands or anything with sharp metal edges. That's it — no waxing, no resealing.
